A Message From Alan Mann

Thank you for taking time to visit my website and to learn more about my campaign for Madison County Circuit Court Judge. Here you can learn more about my background and experience and why I want to be your next Circuit Judge. Things have gone very well so far in this campaign and I am certainly grateful for your interest and support.

I love Madison County and take great pride in all our community has to offer. My great-grandfather was a county commissioner here and I have been taught my whole life to serve my community whenever possible. I am proud to have served in the Courts of this County for the past 16 years and I look forward to serving the people of Madison County as your next Circuit Judge. I understand the judicial system and the importance of having hard working judges who are committed to fairness and integrity. The case loads for our judges are extremely large and hard work and efficiency must be employed to get cases moved through the system. I understand the frustration of waiting, often for years, to have your case heard and I pledge to do everything possible to bring cases to trial in the most efficient manner possible. I also understand the importance of giving everyone who comes into court a fair hearing and treating him or her with respect.  A judge should never promise the outcome in a case, but every judge should promise the people of this county that he or she will be fair, honest and conscientious. A judge should work to ensure that the rights of citizens are preserved and that the safety of our community is ensured. If elected, I commit to you that I will do each of those things.
