Right On Huntsville Endorses Alan Mann
Right On Huntsville is proud to give its endorsement and support to Alan Mann for the newly created judicial seat for Circuit Court Judge for the 23rd Judicial Circuit in Madison County, Alabama.
Since its formation, Right On has supported conservative candidates running for public office who are qualified and experienced; who have a passion to serve; and who will do what is right for our local community. Alan Mann meets and exceeds each of these characteristics.
Alan served as a prosecutor in the Madison County District Attorney’s Office from 1993 to 1998. In 1998, Alan entered into private legal practice, and quickly became a highly respected and well-known trial lawyer in the Huntsville/Madison County area, handling over 1,200 criminal cases, 18 capital murder cases, and numerous civil and criminal jury trials.
In 2007, based on his experience and reputation, Alan was selected to serve as a Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Alan’s legal experience and track record inside the courtroom are second to none, and his reputation and life outside the courtroom are equally impressive. He is both a dedicated family-man and community leader.
The long-awaited creation of a new Circuit Court Judge position is a significant opportunity for Madison County, and we are fortunate that a person of Alan’s experience and character has decided to take on this important responsibility.
